About company
Agencja Rynku Energii SA - ARE SA (The Energy Market Agency) was created following provisions of the governmental document --'Energy Policy Guidelines for Poland until 2010' -- accepted by the Council of Ministers on October 17, 1995. This document included a proposal to form the Energy Market Agency to conduct research and assemble vital information for the energy sector. ARE was established as a joint stock company in April 1997.
