Terms of participation

1. The price includes participation in the Business Breakfast.
2. After receiving the registration, the client receives from ARE S.A. a confirmation of registration and a pro forma invoice.
3. Please make the payment to the account number: 80 1020 1068 0000 1802 0398 8045 immediately after receiving the pro forma invoice.
4. Failure to cancel the registration and failure to attend the event will result in being charged the full participation fee.
5. Resignation must be made in writing (no later than 2 days before the event).
6. Failure to make the payment is equivalent to resignation from participation in the event.
7. Another employee of the company may participate in place of the registered person. The Organizer must be notified of this change in writing no later than 2 days before the event.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event for reasons attributable to the Organizer.
