Our experts constantly monitor the situation on the Polish Power Exchange and other European exchanges, analyze price trends and update forecasts. Scope of support:

• analysis of the consumption profile and structure,
• assessment of the terms of sales and distribution contracts,
• recommendations for measures to reduce energy costs,
• support in choosing an energy procurement model.

The scope of the service offered includes:

• a review of the market of suppliers of electricity and/or other utilities,
• identification of possible sources of electricity supply, including exchange purchases, cPPAs, construction of own generation units and/or energy storage – disadvantages, advantages and risks,
• an analysis of the company's current energy situation,
• an analysis of current electricity/gas supply contracts,
• an analysis of the most common forms of electricity contracting by end users,
• development of an energy management strategy for the next 2–3 years (scenario analysis possible), covering in particular:
  • an estimate of energy costs after implementing the strategy,
  • an assessment of the economic viability of the investments proposed as part of the analysis,
  • an analysis of the strategy's sensitivity to changes in the legal and business environment,
  • the possibility of obtaining financial support (e.g. from EU programmes or targeted grants), including an analysis of eligibility criteria.
