In connection with the recruitment process/joining negotiations for the conclusion of an employment contract with the Energy Market Agency S.A., we inform you that our company has an internal application procedure
developed to ensure transparency and compliance with the Whistleblower Protection Act of June 14, 2024.
The internal application procedure at the Energy Market Agency S.A. aims to enable all employees and job candidates to report any irregularities, legal violations, as well as other unethical or inappropriate behaviors that may occur in connection with the company's activities.
If during the recruitment process you obtain information about any legal violations or other irregularities, please use the dedicated reporting channels described in the internal application procedure.
