Wojciech Tabiś
President of the Management Board
Wojciech Tabiś has been associated with the energy sector from the beginning of his career. He held executive positions in the subsectors of electricity distribution and transmission: he was the president of Zielonogórskie Zakłady Energetyczne SA and vice-president of the board of PSE SA. He later served as the director of the Energy Department at the Ministry of Economy for many years. From 2004 to 2006, he headed PERN in Płock as president of the board. Since 2006, he has been associated with European energy companies Endesa and E.ON as a board advisor and managing director of Endesa Polska. He has been a member of several supervisory boards, including Gaz System, Kogeneracja, EC Białystok, and STOEN Warsaw. From 2014, he held the position of director - proxy of the Polish Electricity Transmission and Distribution Association (PTPiREE).

Sylwia Buźniak
Vice President of the Management Board
Sylwia Buźniak is a manager with over 16 years of experience in the energy sector. For many years she has been associated with key participants in the energy market, including RWE and E.ON, where she was responsible for business development, implementing new processes and products, managing teams, and executing strategy in a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
At the Energy Market Agency (Agencja Rynku Energii), she focuses on developing analytical and information services, supporting the energy sector by providing reliable data, analyses, and forecasts. Her professional interests include the energy transition, energy security, economic competitiveness, and the role of nuclear power in building a stable, low-emission energy system.
She is actively involved in efforts to promote energy education and counter disinformation, emphasizing the importance of credible data and responsible communication in public debate. She is a member of Women in Nuclear and Women on Boards, organizations dedicated to developing skills and strengthening the role of women in the energy sector and emerging technologies.
