Wojciech Tabiś - President of the Management Board
Wojciech Tabiś has been associated with the energy sector from the beginning of his career. He held executive positions in the subsectors of electricity distribution and transmission: he was the president of Zielonogórskie Zakłady Energetyczne SA and vice-president of the board of PSE SA. He later served as the director of the Energy Department at the Ministry of Economy for many years. From 2004 to 2006, he headed PERN in Płock as president of the board. Since 2006, he has been associated with European energy companies Endesa and E.ON as a board advisor and managing director of Endesa Polska. He has been a member of several supervisory boards, including Gaz System, Kogeneracja, EC Białystok, and STOEN Warsaw. From 2014, he held the position of director - proxy of the Polish Electricity Transmission and Distribution Association (PTPiREE).
Sylwia Buźniak - Vice President of the Management Board
Sylwia Buźniak is an experienced manager with 14 years of experience in the energy sector. Her career includes working in energy companies such as E.on Polska S.A., Innogy Polska S.A., and RWE Polska S.A. She has managed teams responsible for implementing processes and services related to new technologies in energy, as well as business relationships with strategic clients, sales management, and the implementation of business strategies.
Her areas of interest focus on energy market regulation and the implementation of new process and product solutions in the context of their commercialization for B2C and B2B clients, as well as in the Spin-off formula.
