Jakub Jaworski

A long-time employee of the Energy Market Agency, primarily dealing with renewable energy issues and energy market analysis. Throughout his career, he has worked on analyses of energy raw material supply and price formation of these raw materials, as well as on strategic recommendations for key clients.
Mateusz Ferenc
Energy auditor with many years of experience in the fields of energy efficiency, energy management, and renewable energy sources. He advises businesses, local governments, and cooperatives on optimizing energy media consumption and obtaining funding for energy transformation. A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology with a specialization in Energy Management. Lead Auditor of the Energy Management System ISO 50001 and Recommended Auditor of the Energy Auditors Association.
Jakub Kłos-Wygas
Jakub is a graduate of Wrocław University of Technology with a degree in Energy Management and the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Corporate Finance Management. He is currently involved in investment projects at a private equity fund in the areas of energy and infrastructure. He has experience as a consultant and senior consultant in a leading business and strategic advisory team, focusing on power & utilities and oil & gas sectors for clients in Poland and EU countries. He has conducted analytical work for the energy sector and prepared strategic documents for one of the largest energy groups in Poland. He has participated in scholarship projects of the Lesław Pagi Foundation (Energy Academy, CEE Capital Market Forum Leaders) and the Freedom Institute (Leadership School).
dr inż. Piotr Biniek
Mechanical engineer, doctor of social sciences, president of the Social Communication Academy Association (SAKS), regular collaborator and journalist for CIRE.PL, and academic lecturer at the Institute of Sociotechnology at the University of Szczecin. He focuses on the practical aspects of social conflicts, particularly in the energy sector. A longtime press journalist (Kurier Szczeciński) and television journalist (TVP), he is an experienced trainer and negotiator in public consultation processes for renewable energy investments. He is a co-founder, former director, and press spokesman for the Polish Wind Energy Association.
Konrad Klepacki
Climate expert and project manager with 20 years of experience.
A specialist in climate change, he has helped over 20 companies establish carbon footprint measurement processes as a consultant. He serves as a climate consultant for the city offices of Warsaw, Gdynia, and Kraków, leading projects on measuring and reducing the carbon footprint of entire metropolitan areas. Passionate about climate action, he focuses on initiatives that deliver tangible environmental benefits. He works with the district heating sector in the Tri-City region, developing a decarbonization strategy. He holds a degree in finance and is a certified project manager, trainer, and consultant. He has led industrial and IT projects across multiple continents.
As a consultant and trainer, he has worked with companies such as Intel, Orange, Energa Obrót, PGE, Tauron, Veolia, Grupa Lotos, PGNiG, Orlen, LPP, Volvo, Rossmann, PZL Mielec, Hestia, and CircleK. He lectures in MBA programs and postgraduate studies at Kozminski University and Collegium Civitas.
Privately, he is an innovator, winning international technology innovation competitions, including those organized by the US Air Force Space Command and the US Department of Energy.
Jędrzej Sieroń
Specialist in energy cooperatives with extensive practical experience. He actively participates in the process of establishing cooperatives and offers comprehensive substantive support at every stage of their creation and operation. He develops analytical tools for assessing cooperative profitability and designs internal settlement systems. He has conducted over 40 analyses regarding the potential for establishing energy cooperatives in municipalities throughout Poland. Ireneusz Łazor
Graduate of the Kraków University of Technology (1989), licensed securities broker (1994), completed postgraduate studies in Investment Banking at London Guildhall University (1997), postgraduate management studies at the University of Warsaw (2002), postgraduate studies in Company Management in the EU Market at SGH Warsaw School of Economics (2005), and postgraduate studies in Risk Management at Vistula University (2014).
Ireneusz Łazor worked in the Capital Investments Department of PKO BP Bank, served as Director of the Trading Department at the Warsaw Stock Exchange (1995–2000), and was President of the Clearing House of Commodity Exchanges (2008–2012) as well as President of the Polish Power Exchange (2012–2016).

Przemysław Grabowski
Since 2007, Przemysław Grabowski has served as a Partner at the Institute for Energy Studies sp. z o.o., where he is responsible for a variety of projects in the Oil & Gas, fuel, energy, and industrial chemistry sectors, carried out for both Polish and international companies, as well as for Polish government agencies.
From 2005 to 2007, he held the position of Advisor at AKJ Capital S.A., where he was responsible for projects related to oil and natural gas exploration and processing for Polish clients, with projects implemented in Western Europe, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
Earlier, Przemysław Grabowski worked at PKN Orlen Group, where he held the position of Deputy Director of the Office for Integration with the Unipetrol Holding, as well as at Deutsche Bank and Wielkopolski Bank Kredytowy S.A. He also served as Management Board Member and CFO of Orlen Deutschland AG.
He was Advisor to the Vice President of PKN Orlen for Economic and Financial Affairs, responsible, among other things, for capital investments, playing a leading role in the successful transaction of acquiring 496 BP petrol stations in Germany.
From 1993 to 1996, he worked in the Treasury Department of WBK S.A., focusing on debt securities analysis. From 1996 to 2002, he was employed at Deutsche Bank in the field of investment banking, where he participated in privatization and advisory projects.
Przemysław Grabowski has also served as a Supervisory Board Member of Petrolinvest Gaz S.A., Orlen Deutschland AG, and Polkomtel S.A.
Andrzej Sikora
Since 2007, Andrzej Sikora has been serving as the President of the Management Board of the Energy Studies Institute Ltd., where he is responsible for various projects in the Oil & Gas, fuel, energy, and industrial chemistry sectors, carried out for Polish and international companies as well as for Polish government agencies.
Since 2011, he has been a lecturer at the Energy Academy at the Warsaw School of Economics.
From 2012 to 2016, he also worked as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Drilling, Oil, and Gas of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
Previously, he worked, among others, as an advisor to AKJ Capital S.A. from 2005 to 2007 and at PKN Orlen S.A. from 2002 to 2005. He served as Director of the Office for Integration with the Unipetrol Holding, where he played a leading role in the completion of the transaction and the introduction of transitional procedures, as well as overseeing integration plans in the areas of finance, wholesale, and retail sales. He was also Project Manager for the acquisition of shares and debt of the Unipetrol a.s. Holding, responsible for developing the strategy and business elements of the transaction, and participating in negotiations with the Czech Government and PKN Orlen’s partners (Agrofert a.s. and ConocoPhillips). He also secured the European Commission’s positive and unconditional approval for the transaction.
He was a member of the Supervisory Boards of APEX Energy Ltd., Rafineria Trzebinia S.A., and KOPEX S.A.
